Mercy Ships Primary Care Trauma course provides hands-on experience to local physicians and nurses, providing knowledge and skills to identify and treat trauma patients who require rapid assessment, resuscitation, and stabilization of their injuries.
The course goes far beyond basic training though. Part of the course is a train-the-trainer session in which participants become qualified to teach the courses to further the long-lasting impact in the communities we serve.
