Patient Updates - Julienne

One of the many things that’s special about fourteen year old Julienne is that she’s still alive despite suffering with a condition that would normally see her die during infancy. Her encephalocele has caused her to squash any dreams of seeing a future. But her arrival here at the Africa Mercy has encouraged her to dream that there may be more to her life than she has ever let herself hope for.
