Did you know… this year the Mercy Ships dental team are making dentures for people who lose their front teeth due to the need for extraction? The hope is to not only enable them to eat more easily but also to give them a more socially acceptable smile, leading to new opportunities in life.
“It’s really exciting to see patient’s eyes light up when we hand them a mirror and they see their new teeth for the first time! Their big smiles show how grateful they are! It’s a great blessing for us to be able to share God’s love with them by providing free dentures.”
